Ever been completely absorbed in a movie? You are aware of everything around you yet as your attention becomes focused on the "story" you'll gradually lose awareness of everything else. The images you see become real enough that in, say, watching a stuntman jump to the ground you may "feel" a ghost impact in your own feet! Your brain is THAT powerful. Time to use that power to your advantage!
In a way, hypnotherapy is like watching a movie, similar to guided meditation with the added benefit of being able to talk to an objective third party in a confidential setting. I don't need to be in the room with you! Remote Hypnotherapy works really well through Zoom or Skype, in fact some prefer it.
You will need a set of earbuds or headphones, wireless Bluetooth is preferable—a cord is fine provided it is long enough not to hobble you close to the device, you may want an extension headset cord. And of course you'll need a web-enabled laptop, tablet or smartphone with some kind of hands-free holder.
A recliner with an arm rest and a nearby lamp table—like the one to the right—is ideal. An office desk with a nice reclining chair works, as long as there is head support. Some use their car, parked in the shade or garage. I found that to be surprisingly effective, since most folks have cellphone holders in their car as well as headrests. A couch with pillows, near a kitchen table, will also work well. No matter your room layout, we'll find a way to make it work.

The Injured, Senior, or disabled, those on holiday, business or entertainment industry travelers—or just plain old outside-the-818-traffic-challenged LA residents can use the convenience of Zoom or Skype sessions!
